Apple Fitness+ will launch in 28 new countries on December 15, marking the service’s biggest global expansion since its debut and bringing it to major markets including India, Singapore, Taiwan and the Netherlands.

The rollout extends the workout subscription service to 49 countries and regions, giving millions more users access to the platform’s 12 workout types – from Strength and HIIT to Dance, Cycling and Meditation – across iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

The expansion also introduces digitally dubbed workouts in Spanish and German, with Japanese dubbing arriving alongside the service’s launch there in early 2026.

The dubbed versions use generated voices based on Apple’s 28 Fitness+ trainers and will be updated weekly.

Jay Blahnik, Apple’s vice president of Fitness Technologies, said in a statement: “Through its seamless integration across Apple devices, Fitness+ has helped inspire users to live a healthier day.

“From seeing real-time, personal metrics right onscreen with Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3, to the ability to bring the service with you wherever you go on iPhone or iPad, we’re delivering unmatched motivation to users.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring this experience to even more users around the globe with our biggest expansion yet.”

Users can also rely on Custom Plans, automated schedules built around their preferred training styles, durations and trainers.

Meanwhile, Fitness+ is adding a new K-Pop music category across all workout types, joining existing playlists featuring global artists through its Artist Spotlight series.

Beyond workouts, the expansion includes new episodes of Time to Walk, Apple’s guided audio series, with the latest featuring Formula 1 driver Yuki Tsunoda.

Meditation themes, curated Collections and preset routines such as Stay Consistent and Push Further remain central to the service’s focus on long-term motivation.

Apple Fitness+ is priced at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, with family sharing available for up to five people.
